What's Your Worth!

I have noticed over the years how people go out and spend incredible amounts of money on dinners, jewelry, vacations, clothing, etc. But when it comes to getting in thebest shape that you can there are a ton of excuses why you can't. But I know for sure if you want that new car and don't have the money you will find a way to get it or that nice new flat screen, and the list can go on and on.

When people ask what I cost, you always get the same ol excuse or reaction, wow that's alot of money or I can't afford it and my response is this, you can't afford not to! The longer you put your health on hold for the superficial things of the world the longer you will continue to chase the superficial things of this world. I can tell you this, it's better that you invest in yourself now then later when you are sick, because if you think my fees are high wait until the doctor and hospital bills start to roll in.

Start looking from the inside and making those changes and the rest will follow. Your health is really all you have and if you let that go you will not be ableto truely enjoy the other things in life.

Start today! Tell yourself I'm the most important thing and take time to get yourself in shape, you will feel better, look better, have more energy, fit into the clothes that you want, and most of all you will be taking care of the most precious gift that God gave you!

That's My Word!

P.S. Just do something active everyday, for 10 minutes, you will see it will chage your life.

Freedom

" To live your life without expectation- without the need for specific results- that is freedom. That is Godliness. That's how I want to live!

Think Again!

I would just like to share some insight from a book that I've been reading. The name of the book is A Conversation with God an uncommon dialog, by Neale Walsch.
"Harnessing you thoughts, exercising control over them, is not as difficult as it might seem. It's all a matter of discipline. It's a question of intent.

The first step is learning to monitor your thoughts; to think about what you are thinking about.

When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts- thoughts that negate your highest idea about a thing- think again! If you think you are in a doldrum, in a pickle, and no good can come of this, think again! If you think the world is a bad place, filled with negative events, think again! If you think your life is falling apart, and it looks as if you'll never get it back together again, think again!"

The moral of the story is that "life and death are in the power of the tongue", so speak words of life into your life regardless of your current situation and you'll see good things drawn to you.

New Year's Comitment

As you know it's that time of year again, when everyone is making "new year's resolution's. The thing about these resolutions is people make the same resolutions every year and fall back to their old habits within months of making a commitment to change. I was told by my dad a long time ago a person doing the samething over and over without any change is called INSANITY!

My view is this, I don't make resolutions, I make commitments and the commitments I make I keep! I may fall off and I'm not claiming to be perfect, but I keep pressing my way towards my goals. You must keep your focus and be realistic in your vision of what you want to achieve. Take one step at a time taking action towards your goals everyday and before you know you have conquered the goal. But if you are a true trail blazer the next step is to make new commitments.

Where am I going with this dialogue you might ask, Whatever your commitment is going into the New Year, complete whatever it is you have committed to. I don't understand how people go out and party the night away, drink allnight, wake up hungover and feeling like crap! You have already started the new year the same as you left the old one.

I propose this, whatever your goals and aspirations for the New Year are that you come into the New Year doing exactly what it is you are trying to achieve. Start taking steps towards your goals today, don't wait! I hear so many excuses and I am to blame as well, but I want to promise you this I will not be out getting hammered this year! I will be working on my business and setting goals to improve all aspects of my life that need improvement, that is personally and professionally.

So with that being said, let's go into the New Year with a healthy and prosperous mindset so that we can improve ourselves and the world and truely make it a better place.

Family

Hey, I was hanging out in the studio one night with my wife Beth and my son Maxwell, and just started videoing Beth and Max playing around, and I just wanted to share the moment with my viewers regardless of how small it be(my viewers that is).

As I looked at the footage is made me smile and reflect on just how lucky I am and how wonderful it is to be able to share your life with someone. Iam fortunate in that my wife is my biggest fan and is always encouraging me to push farther. This is one of the reason that I continue to move forward in my journey for excellence.

I feel there has to be a driving force for you to continue on in life and Max and Beth are my driving force. My love for fitness and helping people is also a driving force and I just wanted to share one of my moments.

Thanks for watching!

John Hall Studios Training Pro Volley Ball Player

Hey! I just wanted to put a video of how one of the trainers takes Rachel who is a professional indoor volley ball workout. Rachel just landed a great gig in germany after rehabbing a knee injury.

I have worked very hard to create an atmosphere for the trainers at the studio that is conducive to them getting the best results for all clients.

I just wanted to share the video and the trainer Aarons knowledge on why he did certain things with rachel.

P.S. just really excited about being able to put video on my blog page!!
